    ​​​Technology Services Help Desk & Field Support

    The Field Support team supports VCS approved technology in our schools. We have Team Hubs located throughout the district and a Help Desk team available to provide remote assistance.

    The Help Desk is available ​​at extension 25000 -  Monday-Friday - 7:00am-5:00pm.

    Technical services provided by the Field Support/Help Desk team:
    • ​Repair of laptops, desktops, approved iOS devices, printers, projectors
    • Installation of approved software
    • Packing of new software
    • Maintenance of computer-based testing hardware
    • Setup of labs and laptop carts
