    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Library Books Drop-Off / Personal Items Pick-Up:

    ​A box for collection of phase 2 packets, library books will be on the bench outside of the front door from 8:00am - 3:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you have to pick-up any student belongings or spring photos, please ring the bell and someone will get the items for you.

    IPADS were collected on Tuesday, 6/2 (scheduled drop-off).  Please call the school at 386-258-4676 to reschedule a drop-off time if you were not able to hand in the Ipad on 6/2nd. ​​  ​ALL IPADS ARE DUE THURSDAY JUNE 4TH.

    Due to the coronavirus, yearbooks that were due to be received and available for pick-up at the end of May, were to be delivered to Tomoka the end of June.  Please note that NOW,  yearbooks will not be delivered until early July. Those that have purchased yearbooks will be notified when they are delivered.  Check here and on the Tomoka PTA group on Facebook for updates.​​

    ​Summer Reading!

    Two great opportunities for families and students available this summer. Epic is offering free books until June 30th and Junior Library guild has extended their free offer throughout the ENTIRE summer!  Students, this is an e​asy and exciting way for everyone to continue reading all summer!

    ​Kindergarten registration opened on April 20th for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year.

    The video presentation highlights all information that will be beneficial to incoming Kindergarten parents. We will also begin the Kindergarten registration online through this video.  All parents will be notified that they will have to produce documentation prior to the school year to be placed on a class roster. One last AMAZING tidbit is that the first 100 parents to complete the survey at the end of the video will receive a BACKPACK FULL OF KINDERGARTEN READINESS GOODIES.​


    DELAND — Volusia County Schools (VCS) will continue providing FREE Breakfast and Lunch meals for students. The summer program runs from June 1st through July 30th, 2020. Meals will be available for pick-up only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Thursday’s at each school site listed below. Students must be present, or proper identification presented by a guardian. For each day of distribution, students will receive breakfast and lunch for two days. In addition, district staff will hand out meals directly to walkers and/or bike riders that may lack motor-vehicle transportation. There will not be any public access to the school buildings during this time period. Meals will no longer be distributed from bus depot locations due to the County of Volusia opening 60 feeding sites in the same areas starting June 1st. The following pickup sites have been established as follows:

    Summer Programs/Summer School: Virtual

     VCS will be offering summer programs in a virtual setting only. Programs have been designed to meet the needs of specific student populations. Individual schools will be contacting families to enroll eligible students. There will be two summer sessions: one in June, and the other in July.  Questions pertaining to Summer Programs should be directed to

    ​2020/21 Virtual Instruction Program (VIP) 

    ​Each school district in Florida is required by state statute to provide students with the opportunity to enroll in a Virtual Instruction Program (VIP). Students have the option of enrolling in either part-time or full-time virtual courses for the upcoming school year. ​Click here for more information on enrollment dates:
