Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year!!  Our faculty and staff are so excited to welcome each and everyone of you back to school, whether through the traditional setting or through the Volusia Live setting.  Together we are looking forward to providing a positive and safe enviroment to ensure that all students feel valued.  I am humbled to serve as the principal and commit to you that I will work tirelessly to a culture allows all to grow as leaders.

Our staff has worked hard to create a safe plan for the return of our students.  Below is the outline of our COVID-19 Safety Plan.  These procedures have been estbilshed to keep the students and staff safe while they are on campus.

    • Our school hours are from 7:50-2:58. On designated Wednesdays the hours are 7:50-1:58.
    • Parents must use the parent pick up loop to drop off your students.  The gate will open at 7:10am.  Students should not arrive before 7:10 as there will be no supervision until then.  Students will exit the vehicle with all of their belongings and have their temperature taken.  Parents will no longer be allowed to walk your students to the cafeteria for breakfast.
    • Students must wear a mask when arriving on campus and during transitions.
    • Breakfast will be served from 7:15-7:45.

    • The first bell rings at 7:45 and the late bell rings at 7:50.

    Temperature Checks:

    • Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival for all students and adults.  Temperature check stations will be at parent pick up loop, bus loop, walker gate, and at the VPK door.  Students or adults with a temperature of 100.4 will be sent home.

    Cafeteria Procedures:
