Attendance
Students are expected to attend school every day. You can help promote regular school attendance by sending your child on time each day and by scheduling appointments after school hours whenever possible. When a student is going to be absent, it is the responsibility of the parent /guardian to notify the school's attendance office stating the reason for the absence. Failure to notify attendance will result in an unexcused absence.
Student Planner
Each student will receive a River Springs Agenda Planner that he/she will be responsible for keeping throughout the year. Students are to write all classroom information in the Agenda Planner. The parent(s) should check and sign the planner regularly. If a parent writes a comment for the teacher, it is the student’s responsibility to show the note to that teacher. Replacement planners are available through the grade house for $2.00.

Travel south on US 17-92 to Blue Springs Avenue Turn right on Blue Springs Avenue and proceed for ½ mile to Sparkman Avenue. Turn left on Sparkman Avenue and then right on Ohio Avenue (Manatee Cove Elementary will be on the left). River Springs Middle is straight ahead.
I-95
Exit at I-4. Proceed west on I-4 to exit 54/114 SR 472. Turn right off the exit and travel towards Orange City (road will split stay on left), highway will merge onto 17/92. Turn right on Blue Springs Avenue and proceed for ½ mile to Sparkman Avenue. Turn left on Sparkman Avenue and then right on Ohio Avenue (Manatee Cove Elementary will be on the left). River Springs Middle is straight ahead.
I-4
Exit at SR 472 (exit 54/114). Proceed towards Orange City (road will split stay on left), highway will merge onto 17/92. Turn right on Blue Springs Avenue and proceed for ½ mile to Sparkman Avenue.
