General Information
For information or inquiries about PRHS Activities, contact Vonda Tavenner, Activities Director vltavenn@volusia.k12.fl.us.
All students at Pine Ridge High School who are members of any of the sponsored clubs/groups/activities must hold a grade point average of 2.0 or higher, with no "I" (In-Progress) or "F" in the preceding 9 weeks. Any club/group member who fails to meet these requirements will be ineligible for any activity. Seven (7) days after grades are turned in (when reports are officially here) any student with an "F" or an "I" will no longer be eligible to participate in activities: however, he/she can remain in the group/club and practice. It is the advisor's responsibility to monitor all members of his/her activity and turn in a list of eligible members to the Activities Director.
A student may not participate in school-sponsored events on the day when he/she has not attended school; those under suspension may not participate in school-sponsored activities. Suspended students will not be able to participate in any club/group activities.
