From the intersection of US 17-92 (Woodland Blvd.) and SR 44 (New York Ave.), proceed north on US 17 into Pierson. School is located on the right(east) hand side of Hwy 17, approximately 1 mile north of the intersection Hwy 17 & Washington Ave.
I-95 Exit at SR 40 (exit 88) in Ormond Beach and go west to US 17. Turn right and proceed to Pierson. School is located on the right(east) hand side of Hwy 17, approximately 1 mile north of the intersection Hwy 17 & Washington Ave..
I-4 Exit to I-95 and travel north. Exit at SR 40 (exit 88) in Ormond Beach and go west to US 17. Turn right and proceed to Pierson. School is on northwest corner of US 17 and First Ave. I-4 (from Deltona/DeBary) Exit 54 (Orange City/DeLand exit) take a right on Martin Luther King Dr., left on US 92, right on SR 15A, left on US 17. Proceed north on US 17 into Pierson. School is located on the right(east) hand side of Hwy 17, approximately 1 mile north of the intersection Hwy 17 & Washington Ave.
NSB Take US 1 north to SR 40 (Granada Ave.). Turn left and travel west to US 17. Turn right and proceed to Pierson. School is located on the right(east) hand side of Hwy 17, approximately 1 mile north of the intersection Hwy 17 & Washington Ave.

We are very proud of our Pierson learning community and excited about our student’s academic success. Pierson Elementary is a VPK/ Kindergarten – Grade 5 school in Pierson, Florida – The Fern Capital of the World.
Our goal is to challenge your child intellectually, grow them socially and guide them toward independent thinking and problem-solving. Our school is consistently focused on its mission of student learning through a rigorous, academic program; a program that is structured, sequential and based upon high expectations and the Florida Standards.
We encourage students to demonstrate their very best every day and make positive contributions both at school and at home. We attempt to instill within our students a sense of personal pride as well as a collective pride for our learning community.
To that end, we ask that every student comes to school each school day on-time with all his or her required materials prepared to do his or her best. Success is a team effort and every player (student, teacher, and parent) is an integral part of that part of that team. When every player does his or her best, everyone wins!
