Staying Healthy During Cold and Flu Season

Parents, as we enter Flu and Cold Season we wanted to give you information to help guide you in answering the question, “Should I send my child to school today?”

    Florida KidCare

Children with health insurance miss fewer days of school, and applying for Florida KidCare is easy.  Any family can apply, and many pay $20 or less per month to insure their children.  Most pay nothing at all.  Click here for additional information.

    Parent Portal

This link will direct parents to the parent portal. Parents should use their assigned user id and password. For additional information, please contact the school.

    Volunteer/Chaperone Requirements

If you would like to volunteer in your child's classroom, chaperone a field trip or help in other areas on campus, you must first fill out a volunteer application and be cleared before you can volunteer.  It may take up to 6 weeks for an application to clear due to the background check.  Volunteer Application Link

Parents Have a Key Role in Emergency Response

During and following an emergency, school and district officials must act quickly and follow established emergency protocols to safeguard students and staff, secure schools, and communicate accurate information promptly.  Parents can assist greatly by helping with preparation before the emergency.  School Emergency Guide for Parents
