    Immunization Information

    Attention 6th Grade Parents
    Your child is required to receive immunizations before entering 7th grade. Immunizations are available from your family physician and Volusia County Health Department.  Immunizations are FREE at the health department, which is located at 1845 Holsonback Dr., Daytona Beach.  For more information, please contact Volusia County Health Department at 386-274-0500.  If you have any questions, please call the school at 258-4667.
