Dear Parents & Students of Legacy Scholars Academy,​

It is an honor and privilege to be the principal of Legacy Scholars Academy.  As we begin our second year, our focus is on igniting the fire of our students.  We will accomplish this by focusing on the vision of the school which is to have a climate of nurturing and trust where all students will have the opportunity for a high-quality, 21st-century education and graduate prepared for college, career and life.

Our students will not only focus on the core academics, but will also develop the social/emotional learning skills necessary to succeed in life after high school whether it be going to college, enlisting in the military, or straight into the workforce.  Embedded into each course a student takes are the RULER competencies, which stands for Recognizing, Understanding, Labeling, Expressing and Regulating emotions. Using these competencies as the foundation for regulating their emotions, our students will find greater success both academically and emotionally.
