From The Heart Family Center
Our Mission:
To provide an educational safe-haven for families and children of
Horizon Elementary
that are in need of essential items. We want to make their day a little brighter with the helping hands from the heart, in our parent center.
What we need from you... Eyes to see and ears to listen. Please suggest to us their needs and From the Heart Family Center will be there.
Our center has clothing, shoes, food, books, and other resources available for our Horizon Families.
We also are open to any donated items that are gently used:
- School uniforms
- Hygiene items
- School supplies
- Healthy snacks
