4th grade FSA Math and 5th Grade Science
*Live/VOL/FLVS students taking FSA at FLE should check-in at the front office no later than 7:45 A.M. on their scheduled days. Parents must have photo ID when signing students in. All test sessions are 80 minutes unless students have extended time as an accommodation.

During and following an emergency situation, school and district officials must act quickly and follow established emergency protocols to safeguard students and staff, secure schools, and communicate accurate information in a timely manner. Parents can assist greatly by helping with preparation before the emergency.

Extended Day InformationHours of operation: 2:05 pm - 5:45 pm (1:05 pm on E.R. Wednesdays)
Weekly Fee: $45 (first child) Siblings: $40.
$35 if on reduced lunch program
$25 if on free lunch program
Registration Fees: $25. one time per year for regular lunch students. $10. one time per year for free/reduced lunch students.
* We do homework Monday through Thursday, free daily hot dinner, math, language, science, and reading enrichment weekly.

Children with health insurance miss fewer days of school, and applying for Florida KidCare is easy. Any family can apply, and many pay $20 or less per month to insure their children. Most pay nothing at all. Click here for additional information.
Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
We hope you are enjoying your school year at Forest Lake Elementary School! We have lots of fun activities planned for this year and hope you will join us. Please take a moment to join PTO----just $5.00 per family.
Our PTO is very supportive of our school community and through their efforts, funds are raised for student activities throughout the school year. Please help support our fundraising efforts by participating in Spirit Nights with our business partners, collecting Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Soup Labels, ink jet cartridges, and other fundraising activities.
