    Starfall - a website where children have fun learning to read

    A+ Math - this website helps students improve their math skills interactively with flashcards and games.  It also provides worksheets and homework help. 

    FCAT Explorer - an online educational program for Florida's students that reinforces reading and math skills.

    Kids Search Tools - an online site that allows students to search for information on a variety of websites. 

    Bookpals - see and hear celebrities read a picture book. 

    US Government - students can explore the U.S. government in a fun way

    FunBrain - an online educational games for kids of all ages including math, grammar, science, spelling, and history

    PBS Kids - a safe place for kids to explore and play educational games with their favorite PBS kids characters

    Science News - information and resources on science topics of interest to young people

    Yahoo Kids - fun and educational resources for kids

    Homework

    Primary Grades
    Please complete weekly worksheets & 100 book challenge homework each night.  Please sign a box for each 15 minutes read.
     

    Intermediate Grades
    Please complete weekly worksheets and read 20 minutes a night.  Parents, please sign your child's planner each night.

    Dress Code

    Before shopping for new school clothes, we have included our dress code for your reference.  We expect our students to use good judgment in their clothing selection.  To promote a safe and orderly environment, the following regulations must be followed by all students.  Please note that violation of this dress code may result in disciplinary action or a phone call home for a change of clothing. 
    • No hats, bandannas, kerchief, caps, or other headgear is to be worn on campus.
    • Pants and shorts must be worn securely at the waist.  They should not drag the ground.
    • Very tight and/or brief shorts, dresses, or skirts may not be worn to school.
    • Clothes can not advertise messages or symbols related to alcohol, drugs, sex, violence, or weapons.
    • The midriff stomach area or cleavage may not be exposed.  This or spaghetti strapped tops are also not allowed. 
    • Pajamas are not to be worn to school.
    • Muscle shirts and sleeveless jerseys are not to be worn to school.
    • Wallets chains and straps are not allowed on campus.
    • Bridged and/or spiked jewelry or excessive jewelry is not allowed.
    • Hair color must never distract from the educational environment. Also outlandish make-up is considered a disruptive influence at school and is not allowed.
    • Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.  All shoes must have a strap on the back of the shoe.
