    Family Engagement Survey

The district has reopened the parent/family engagement survey from May 20th to June 20th as one method of reaching all stakeholders. The students are also asked to complete the student engagement and student inventory surveys. Please log on to the DeLand Middle School Website to find the links to the surveys. You can also find the links to our survey on our Facebook Page.

These survey results will enable our school leaders to measure stakeholders' attitudes and help target improvement strategies focused on student achievement, as well as school and district effectiveness. Taking the survey will also provide a means for stakeholders to learn about what parents and students should be looking for in a high quality school system.  Your cooperation and support in completing the surveys will be greatly appreciated.

Family Engagement Survey (also serves as Title 1 Family Survey – parents only need to complete one time)

Secondary Student Engagement Survey – given to students in grades 6 -12

Student Inventory Secondary – given to all students grades 6 -12
