Friends of the Media Center:
We are inviting YOU to join the “Friends of the Media Center” guild here at Cypress Creek Elementary School. This guild was formed to help promote literacy throughout our school, and to assist during the Pandemic when traditional fundraising is difficult. See the attached flyer for more information.

- Masks are required in the main office and when social distancing is not possible.
- All individuals entering campus will have their temperature checked.
- Social distancing is required.
- No more than 4 people in front office at one time.
- At this time, campus tours are NOT available.
- At this time, visitors are not allowed in classrooms or on campus.

Emergency Evacuation Information
In the event of an emergency and Cypress Creek Elementary would need to evacuate to an alternate location, Creekside Middle and Horizon Elementary have been deemed as our emergency evacuation sites. Information would be sent to parents via the automated Connect Ed phone system and students would be picked up from these designated locations.
Florida KidCare
Children with health insurance miss fewer days of school, and applying for Florida KidCare is easy. Any family can apply, and many pay $20 or less per month to insure their children. Most pay nothing at all. Click here for additional information.

Fortify Florida
We are pleased to announce that the FortifyFL app is Live. Now, any student, educator, parent or member of the public can report school safety concerns directly to law enforcement and school administrators anonymously and easily through the FortifyFL app or www.getfortifyfl.com. The app, which is available for download on Apple and Android devices, is critical to ensuring all Florida schools are safe environments where students and educators can experience and share the joy of learning without fear.
