Foundations for Success (CGI Florida) program

Teachers in our school are participating in a research study conducted by Florida State University to better understand how a professional learning program for teachers called Cognitively Guided Instruction impacts mathematics teaching and learning. The study poses minimal risk to your child, but we want to make sure that you are informed. You have the right to have your child's information withheld from the study if you do not wish to participate. Welcome to our House!

The house system was implemented at Blue Lake in 2017 to create a family like culture, bridge gaps between grade levels, and display positivity throughout the campus. The program continues to be a strong motivator for our students. Our House consists of four houses made up of students and the staff. Each house has a special name, color and crest.that represents a strong, meaningful, character trait that Blue Lake Dolphins should strive to exhibit. The names are taken from other countries and languages to embrace the diversity of the Blue Lake community. Students earn points for their house through academic performance, attendance and good character/ behavior,
