Once your account is created, you will be able to explore information related to your insurance benefits, certifications & licenses, deals and discounts, and more. The tools provided in ePortal will be updated continuously, so be certain to login often. Florida Retirement SystemFor specific questions regarding Retirement and DROP, you may contact the Florida Retirement System (FRS) at 888-738-2252 or visit the FRS website (link below) which contains up-to-date news and information. FRS employees can answer all of your personal questions as well as provide information on creditable years of service and eligibility with precise accuracy. You can also visit the MyFRS website to create a user ID and password for access to your personal retirement information.Insurance & Employee BenefitsThe Insurance & Employee Benefits Department is here to assist and provide all employees with information about their benefit package which may include health, dental, vision, life, disability and personal accident insurance.
