The School Board shall set aside time for the purpose of receiving comment on the proposed action on or after 5:30 p.m. Speakers will be given up to four minutes to provide comment, in accordance with Volusia County School Board Policy 801. If any affected person under section 120.54, Florida Statutes, would like to request a hearing in order to present evidence and argument on any issue under consideration in the revision of the policy, Certification of Consultants, he/she must submit such request in writing to the Agency Clerk, Ms. Connie Wines, at 200 North Clara Avenue, DeLand, Florida, 32720.
