Clara Ave., DeLand FL 32720.Individuals or groups wishing to discuss their potential charter school can schedule an appointment with Volusia County's Educational Enhancements Specialist, Marianne Blair.To schedule an appointment with the department, please email Marianne Blair at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 386-734-7190, ext. 20694. Face to face appointments are preferred; however, other arrangements can be made if necessary. Please bring specific questions related to your school, and be prepared to share your ideas and vision of the school as well. Prior to your appointment, read and review the Florida Model Charter School Application available below as this is the foundation upon which our conversation will develop.Applicants interested in submitting a charter school application to Volusia County Schools may submit their application to Marianne Blair no later than Feb. 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Please bring one hard copy with original signatures (in a binder with labeled section dividers), one hard copy in a binder, and one digital copy (preferably on a thumb drive designated for this purpose) to the office located in the Brewster Center (Archives and Records) at 200 N.
